Diy fall centerpieces8/28/2023 I used a faux pumpkin to last throughout the season but these Fall pumpkin centerpieces can be made with real pumpkins. You can easily make a bunch of these Fall centerpieces for a larger event. It will also make it look more realistic if you are using faux florals. Using florals with different heights and textures will give your centerpiece visual interest. Trim your floral pieces at different heights. I used eucalyptus I had on hand as additional filler. I also grabbed some teal thistles to tie into the rest of my decor. I liked that the had a realistic look and the colors were a nod to Fall or Autumn but a little bite softer. Step Two (optional)Īdd in a vase or mason jar, with water, if you are going to be using fresh flowers. I got this hollow pumpkin at Michaels store but you can find them at most craft stores. Make sure the hole is wide enough to fit your flower arrangement. Using a sharp serrated knife cut around your pumpkin stem on the top of the pumpkin. Faux flowers work great but you can also add in a vase (if the pumpkin is tall enough) and real flowers. It really is as easy as cutting a hole around the stem of a hollow pumpkin.
